3 chiles dulces, verde, rojo y amarillo c/u.

1 / 3 cup olive oil
3 / 4 ground black pepper
Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes
drain and rinse with cold water.
Set in a bowl wide, and add all
remaining ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients
of the dressing, pour over salad and toss well.
Cover and let stand at least 30 minutes;
to blend all flavors.
Serve as main dish, gives 6 servings.

1 taza de tomates de cerezas, cortados por mitad.
1 taza de rodajas de cebolla morada
1 taza de zanahorias, en rodajas finas
1 taza de hoja de albahaca,cortadas en tiras finas.
2 tazas de flores de brocoli.
1 taza de queso feta, en cubos pequeños

1 diente de ajo machacado
1/2 cdta. de sal
1 cda. de mostaza dijon
1/3 taza de vinagre de vino tinto
1/3 taza de aceite de oliva3/4 de pimienta negra molida
Cocinar la pasta en agua hirviendo por 10 minutos,
escurrala y enjuaguela con agua bien fria.
Coloquela en un recipiente bien grande, y agregue todos
los demas ingredientes.
En un recipiente pequeño, mezcle todos los ingredientes
de el aderezo , vierta sobre la ensalada y revuelva bien.
Cubralo y deje reposar por lo menos unos 30 minutos,
para que se mezclen todos los sabores.
Sirva como plato principas, da para 6 porciones.
